Today Apple has released iOS 17.1, iPadOS 17.1, and watchOS 10.1 to all supported devices. The downloads should already be available to all who manually search for them, in usual Apple fashion (see that, Google?). iOS 17.1 and iPadOS 17.1 come one day later than previously rumored, and bring with them support for continuing a large AirDrop file transfer over the internet when you are out of AirDrop range.
