Qualcomm unveils Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 – a 4nm chipset for the midrange
Qualcomm released over the weekend the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 – a chipset, built on the 4nm process technology, that is meant to be a solution for phone makers that want a capable platform that can fit within a far lower budget than the Gen 8 chips. The CPU of the 7s is less powerful than any other Snapdragon 7 series chip, the ISP is also not as impressive, indicating a slightly lower positioning overall.
