Last year the company grew to be the 3rd largest smartphone maker in the world (helped by Huawei’s demise, of course). It is now the #1 brand in 10 markets and in the Top 3 in 36 markets. Xiaomi is the fastest-growing brand in the high-end segment with an impressive 3,639% growth year on year in Q3 2020 (based on Canalys data for the $500+ segment).
