Moto G8 Play starts receiving Android 10
Motorola has begun seeding the Android 10 firmware to the Moto G8 Play in Brazil. The firmware, QMD30.47-19, is the same Android 10 that Motorola pushed to the One Macro in India a few weeks ago and is about 1.46GB in size. Android 10 brings along a number of improvements. It enables gesture navigation, dark theme, improved navigation panel and, in this case, the December 2020 security patch.
