Sony denies cutting PlayStation 5 production targets
Just as Sony is preparing to officially announce the pricing of the upcoming PlayStation 5 console, Bloomberg reported that there might be potential trouble behind the scenes. According to its story Sony slashed its production forecast from 15 million units to 11 million. Poor yields of the custom SoC that powers the console were quoted as a reason, but Sony stepped in to deny the reports.
