The Sony Xperia 1 II may be cheaper than expected - the original €1,200 pricing seemed steep, even with the Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones (normally around €300) bundled for free. Now two carriers in Bulgaria are taking pre-orders at €980 for a SIM-free phone (even less if you sign a contract). One of them, A1, is bundling the phone with an unnamed power bank and the WH-1000XM3 headphones, while the other, Telenor, will only give you the famed noise-canceling headphones.
