OnePlus Nord 5G - allegedly the retail name of the OnePlus Z (previously known 8 Lite) - will have a quad-camera, teases leakster Max J. Initially, renders showed a dual camera, then rumors claimed a triple cam, now we're up to a quad setup. Back when the rumors were claiming a triple cam, the breakdown was a 64 MP main (some sources claimed 48 MP), 16 MP ultrawide and a 2 MP module (likely a depth sensor).
