Ahead of the Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker release and in line with the recent trends dark mode aesthetics in apps, Facebook's Messenger has added a new Star Wars-inspired theme for die-hard fans. Of course, the theme isn't released to save on battery, it's all about looking fun, although it should put less strain on your battery than the normal white theme if you are using a phone with an OLED screen.
