Apple releases iOS and iPadOS 13.3 with multiple bug fixes

Apple is now rolling out iOS and iPadOS 13.3 to compatible devices. The OTA update size, at least on our iPhone XR, was around 695MB but the number will vary with the device. As with most of the updates that came since iOS 13 released two months ago, 13.3 primarily focuses on fixing all the bugs that continue to plague the OS.
