Twitter is sending emails to inactive accounts and will start freeing up usernames next month
As per a report from The Verge Twitter is actively sending emails to users with inactive accounts. Twitter will take action starting on December 11 and plans to free up accounts that haven't been signed into over six months. A Twitter spokesperson has confirmed to The Verge of Twitter's actions.
