Huawei billboard at IFA 2019 confirms Kirin 990 arrival

We've been hearing rumors about the Kirin 990 arriving at IFA 2019 for quite some time, but now a billboard by Huawei at the Messe Hall in Berlin confirmed it. The poster carries the "Rethink Evolution" slogan that is for Huawei's announcements at the conference, an image of the chip (not to size) and that it will be built on the 7nm FinFET Plus EUV process.
