Xiaomi is launching its new smartphone series called CC on July 2 when the Xiaomi CC9 smartphone is expected to debut. Specs of the device are still scarce, but the company revealed on Weibo it will have a 32 MP selfie shooter with improved Beauty mode. The post says the camera will "restore the natural skin texture" and will "record the beauty of each moment", which might sound tacky, but that is simply marketing talk about the new advanced filters that Lei Jun was talking about earlier this month.
