Sony Xperia 1 arrives in China, sells out in Europe
Sony finally brought the Xperia 1 to multiple markets in Europe last week with a launch in the United States scheduled to follow on July 12. Meanwhile the company has started the pre-order campaign for its flagship in China. The device is priced at CNY6,299, which translates to €808, or about 15% less than the EU price tag of €949. The phone can be purchased on the Chinese online retailer JD.com, although it is listed only in Black - we are yet to see if other colors will be available in China.
