This is the first time we hear something about a smaller Galaxy Note but it won't be the first time Samsung has done something like this. What might prompt Samsung to do it once more is believed to be the success of the Galaxy S10e. The most affordable of the early 2019 Samsung Galaxy flagships is very well-received by the media and the consumers so Samsung will try to build on that.
