Calm was among the top apps in the Apple Store for 2017 and the success did not remain unseen by Samsung. The Korean smartphone manufacturer has just announced through a press release a partnership with the wellness platform which will bring the guided meditation and sleep programs to the Samsung Health app. The interface of Calm The setup begins from the Mindfulness icon in the Samsung Health app. Then you have to create an account with Calm, if you don't have one already, and you get all the personalized features designed to help reduce stress and improve sleep.
