The Nokia 2 that was launched way back in October 2017 with Android 7.1.1 Nougat is finally getting the Android 8.1 Oreo update. This entry-level Nokia smartphone was initially supposed to get Android 8.0 Oreo update, but the company later decided to skip that and go straight to 8.1 Oreo. HMD also promised to include Android Go memory management improvements with the update because the phone only has 1 GB RAM.
