Huawei P10 and Honor 9 receive EMUI 9.0.1 update with January security patches
Today Huawei has started sending out a new software update to the P10, its flagship smartphone from the first half of 2017. Additionally, the Honor 9 is getting the same software, namely EMUI 9.0.1. Currently the rollout is happening only in China, but it's clearly only a matter of time before the new release hits other markets. EMUI 9.0.1 comes with the January 2019 security patches, and it's based on Android 9 Pie like EMUI 9 was before it. EMUI 9 with Android Pie was released in Asia for the P10 and Honor 9 back in December of last year, and it's nice to see Huawei and its sub-brand...
