Android 9 Pie comes to Sony Xperia XZ1 on October 26
Last week the Sony Xperia XZ2 and Xperia XZ2 Compact got their Android Pie serving and today the company announced that it's about to add more phones to the list. A trio of former flagships will receive Pie starting October 26 - the Xperia XZ Premium, the Xperia XZ1, and the Xperia XZ1 Compact. Ten days later the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium will get to join the fun. Sony said the Xperia XA2, the Xperia XA2 Ultra, and the Xperia XA2 Plus are also bound to receive Android 9 Pie, but owners of the mid-range devices have to wait until March 4, 2019.
