Everyone is looking at HMD Global to release a truly flagship-grade Nokia smartphone after the Nokia 8 Sirocco didn't exactly live up to some expectations. Now, a new Nokia-branded handset, with model number TA-1131, has popped up on the Chinese 3C certification website giving us hope of a Nokia 9 release. We know it's too early to tell since the listing doesn't give away anything specific about the smartphone but we can still hope, right?
