The Samsung Galaxy Note9 announcement shook things up in our top 10 trending phones chart, but the flagship phablet came too late in the week to be able to take the lead and had to settle for the second spot. The Xiaomi Mi A2 remained our champion, while a surge by the Huawei nova 3i, which just got its European debut as the P Smart+, saw it capture third. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro got elbowed out to fourth, ahead of the Samsung Galaxy J8 and the Huawei Honor Play, which gets sixth on its top 10 debut.
