Last month alcatel debuted the 5V with a notch and dual-camera main setup with an affordable price tag of $199.99. Today it follows that up by launching the even cheaper alcatel 7 exclusively on metroPCS. alcatel 7 The alcatel 7 has an MT6763T chipset with octa-core CPU running at up to 2.5 GHz. The screen is an LCD with a 6" diagonal and Full HD+ resolution, but no notch like the alcatel 5V.
