Certification is an important step before a phone can be made official and the Huawei P20 ("Emily") and P20 Plus ("Charlotte") are almost ready to take that step. They appeared on TENAA, though in name only. Huawei P20 ("Emily") at TENAA: 1 2 They were submitted for licensing, with the code names shortened to three letters - EML and CLT.
